- 27. Ban on Discrimination and Mistreatment
- We do not discriminate against or mistreat others based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, culture, creed, birth, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, etc.
- 28. Promotion of Employment and Advancement of Diverse Human Resources
- We believe that diversity improves creativity and productivity, and we accept individuals with different social standing, physical characteristics, ways of thinking, and values, and respect the opportunity of diverse personnel to be employed and to flourish.
- 29. Ban on Harassment
- We have the right to work in an environment free from any type of harassment, including sexual harassment and abuse of power. We acknowledge that everyone has this right, and we do not harass others with words or attitudes that make them uncomfortable; nor do we engage in violence or any act that shows a lack of respect for others.
- 30. Protection of Personal Information
- We respect the privacy of individuals and comply with the relevant national and regional laws and regulations on the protection of personal information in any and all processes such as the acquisition, storage, use, disclosure, transfer and disposal of personal information. We do not use personal information for any purpose other than the original intended purpose, or provide personal information to any third party without obtaining consent from the subject of the information.
In addition, we acquire personal information only to the extent necessary for our business operations, and when handling personal information, we safely and appropriately manage it to ensure that there is no unauthorized use or leakage. - 31. Elimination of Child Labor and Forced Labor
- We do not accept any employment of children under the minimum working age, or any forced labor or illegal employment. We also refuse to engage in transactions with any business that is suspected of involvement in such practices.
- 32. Nurturing Human Resources and Conducting Fair Evaluations
- We strive untiringly for self-improvement, cultivate the enrichment of humanity as members of society, and enhance our abilities as employees of our group. We always strive to nurture our juniors and to fairly evaluate the process and results of their work.
- 33. Strict Compliance with Workplace Safety Rules
- We always keep our workplace well-organized and make sure to check that it is safe, striving to prevent accidents and work-related injuries. Further, when handling machines or tools or doing dangerous or hazardous work, we always make sure to observe the prescribed rules.

- We make sure to manage working days and working hours as set forth in our work rules, etc. We also monitor our colleagues’ workload and working hours so that their physical or mental health is not impaired.
